Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY: Parts, Pumps and Accessories are shipped using Domestic courier and Transport services. Please allow 3-4 days for order processing, however orders are usually processed and shipped within 48hrs. We will email you the courier information and tracking number. You may check on the status of your order from the order status function found in the top left corner of this site. You may also pickup your order.

Larger items, such as porcelain (Bowl, Reservoir), Sanicompact, Sanistar, Sanicubic, are sent via transport service. Residential Delivery Services are available, see below:

Residential Delivery Service: Residential delivery service provides trucking delivery service to residential properties. This service does not include set up or assembly of any product or removal of packaging materials. The driver will not carry product into your house.

  1. Your item will be shipped to a local delivery terminal.
  2. The delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment. This appointment is usually within a window of time, depending on the carrier. Please remember to write down the carrier’s name and phone number when they call you, in case you need to call them back or check on your delivery.
  3. Your item will be delivered and taken off the truck by the delivery driver.
  4. Upon delivery please inspect your item(s) before signing. You will be required to sign a Proof Of Delivery receipt. Once signed no shipping or product claim due to shipping can be processed, such as broken or chipped porcelain or scuffed or bent pump boxes, etc... Please thoroughly inspect any damage to the item or packaging. A torn box does not mean a damaged item. The item(s) inside have additional packing material. Inspect the contents inside before signing as received. If damage is found please refuse the package and notify us immediately. A replacement will be shipped upon receipt and inspection of the return. You will need your packing slip number. Please fax or email us your packing slip and a copy of the courier receipt slip with small detail about the damage. Fax number 514-336-8930 or via e-mail info@upflushers.com.
  5. Please note, if you live down a road, driveway or roadway that the delivery truck cannot access, this will impede delivery of your item and you will have to make arrangements with the trucking company once they contact you.


Receiving Policy


RECEIVING POLICY: Upon delivery please inspect your item(s) before signing. You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. YOUR ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED: If your order arrives damaged, due to shipping. DO NOT SIGN FOR IT, please advise the delivery driver that you are refusing the package. The order will be returned to us. You will then be contacted regarding your replacement. We will arrange for your replacement as soon as possible. We are unable to overnight or express ship any replacement order. In the event of a lose, please rest assured that we take great care in packaging your order and do our very best to assure that your order arrives in perfect condition and that we provide excellent service during these sometime frustrating events.
