CUSTOMER CONVENIENCE RETURN and CANCELLATIONS:

AFTER PRODUCT HAS SHIPPED: We offer our customers 7 business days from receipt of order for customer convenience return requests. Reception date is based by the transport companies Proof of deliver. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Subject to return conditions mentioned below.

A 25% re-stocking charge applies to all customer convenience returns. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

WARRANTY RETURN: All Saniflo Toilet Systems and Grey Water pumps come with a 2 Year Manufacture Warranty. If you believe you have a manufacture defect you may contact the manufacture directly. To view the manufactures warranty and contact info, click here. You may also refer to the products installation manual to view the troubleshooting guide and warranty conditions. Please do not hesitate to contact us for information or assistance. All warranty claims need to be reported with the manufacture. We do not perform or issue any warranty return, repair, replacement or exchange unless authorized by the manufacture and a Return Authorization Number is provided.

RETURN CONDITIONS: Once a Return Authorization Number is issued, the returned product must be shipped freight Prepaid to our address indicated below. We do not accept collect shipments, the package will be refused and return to you at your expense. The returned product must arrive un-damaged, must not be damaged and in its original packaging that is in a like new condition. The product must not have been used. We will not issue credit on product that does not meet the criteria mentioned herein or criteria mentioned in the products manufacture warranty. Fraud and fraudulent activity will not be tolerated and offenders will be prosecuted.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT: You must first receive an Return Authorization Number. Once authorization is issued, you can then return the item Freight Prepaid to our address indicated below clearly indicating your return authorization number on the exterior of the package. Returns shipped Freight Collect will be refused and returned and your expense. Items returned without a return authorization number clearly indicated may be refused.

HOW TO SHIP YOUR RETURN: We highly advise that you ship your product with a trusted courier or transport service that includes a tracking number and is insured for its full purchased price. We accept no responsibility or liability for returns that are lost or damaged. We will contact you with details should your return arrive damaged.

HOW TO PACKAGE YOUR PRODUCT FOR RETURN: All products must be cleaned (cleaning charge may apply) and well packaged using appropriate packaging techniques or the original packaging. Do not send porcelain product via courier service, as it will arrive broken. All porcelain products must be well padded and securely strapped to a transport pallet. All products must be returned in original packaging that has been wrapped with properly secured brown postal paper or equivalent. If original Packaging is not available, please use bubble wrap or equivalent to wrap around your product and nest it securely within a rigid box ideal for long travel. You can never go wrong with more padding. Your return authorization number must be clearly indicated or a copy properly secured to the exterior of the shipment.

Please Note: We do not accept liability for product signed received that show no signs of external damage, but however arrive with internal parts damaged that are not reported on the RGA. All units are subject to a possible 24hr delay before a service technician will inspect the internal components.
